A member asked:

I'm 22 and never menstruate on time. why would i not have a 28 day cycle?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Menstrual cycle: Most women do not have an exactly 28 day cycle. It is normal for menses to fluctuate length each month and range from 20-35 days in length. Some people naturally have a longer or shorter cycle. However if menses are closer than 20 days or farther apart than 40 days regularly, this may indicate a hormonal issue and you should see a doctor
