It's a good rule: Please forgive my frankness. Accutane famously causes grave birth defects. You're a human being of reproductive age. At any time, you may have intercourse and become pregnant. It may even happen against your will. There are people out there who would not realize they were pregnant until it's too late, and no one wants to bind you to agree to have an abortion in any case. Do what you need to.
