They dissolve: We do adult circumcisions with sutures which are dissolvable and go away within 10 to 14 days. Hopefully you will not require any suture removal whatsoever. Keep the site clean and you shall heal well.

Should be absorbable: Absorbable or self dissolving suture should have been use for a circumcision, thus should not require removal. Your surgeon should have provided all instructions & is appropriate person to answer such questions. Use of non absorbable sutures for circumcision would not be considered "standard level of medical care".
