Hi docs, would clotrimazole, and betamethasone dipropionate cream help shingles?

No: None of those medications would be helpful in the resolution of shingles. Clotrimazole is an anti fungal cream and shingles is caused by a virus. The use of corticosteroids in shingles is also controversial because they are of little benefit and can increase risk of secondary bacterial infection.
