Ultrasound: In the states we would would do tocometer/fetal heart rate monitor and probably an ultrasound scan to assess the baby. Lack of movement and diarrhea are very concerning. The back pain could be due to many things including urinary infection, pressure of the baby's head, etc. Please call your OB asap for full evaluation.
