It could help: Acupuncture and acupressure use the same points, but acupuncture employs needles, while acupressure uses the gentle but firm pressure of hands (and even feet).Both use the same points but different method(needle, pressure). There are report they could help with back pain, but if there is mechanical issue either one will not corrected. Thank you.
