None: As long as both of you have been treated properly and remain faithful to each other, there should not be any risk to your offspring.

Localized issue: The baby would only have risk from chlamydia if it went untreated and baby passed though an infected birth canal. The baby could then develop an eye infection and a later pneumonia both from the germ. Chlamydia does not enter the blood, which is what it would have to do to reach baby during pregnancy. If you both get treated, baby will be fine.
