Start with a psychia: Your willingness to do yourself harm is alarming. I'm not an expert, but i think you may have borderline personality disorder for which new and exciting treatments are now available(e.g., dialectic behavior therapy). On the other hand, your desire to be rid of a tattoo is understandable. More and more centers with high tech means of tattoo removal are available and can be found easily online.

Laser: Do not try removing it yourself. This can lead to infection/scarring. Laser tattoo removal by a board certified specialist is the best and safest way to get rid of a tattoo. This is unfortunately not covered by insurance and typically can take between 4-10 trts. Price is based on size. Black ink is the easiest to treat. If you are having active blistering you should have it looked at by your dr.
