Not possible to tell: If your menses was 1/18, you would be ovulating around 2/1, just the time of guy 2. It takes one week for a blood test to become positive. So by 2/16 it would be positive. But is is also possible that the sperm from guy one is still there on 2/1. So you can't know for sure.
