Depends on "what": Cysts. Ovaries will always have follicle cysts and luteal cysts in a reproductive age woman, they are not abnormal - so there's no treatment for normal. What kind of cysts do you mean? Abnormal cysts under 4-5 cm. Can be watched for up to 3 months, cysts larger than about 6-7 cm. Need to be removed surgically.
