It can be: Have you looked at the package insert? It is potentially pretty toxic stuff. That is also why you need frequent blood tests.

No: Probably not due to accutane. Other symptoms? Dose ; duration of accutane? Blood tests? See your dermatologist and probably best to also see an internist. If in doubt, no harm in stopping Accutane until the issue is resolved. You can resume it later if needed.

Side/adverse effect: Accutane has many side effect and fatigue is one of them in some people. If this is extreme as you said you need to see your doctor for further evaluation and possible change of medication as soon as possible.
