A multidisciplinary: Assessment might include input from providers such as a psychiatrist, psychologist, counselor, speech/ language pathologist, occupational therapist, social worker, special education specialist or a developmental specialist. More info needed: Only a licensed therapist or child psychiatrist can make that dignosis. If the team includes them and it is not being dictated by a school district then yes it can lead to diagnosis . Take care
