Paroxetine: Neither will cure premature ejaculation though psychotropics can help the problem. Some folks need the smaller size but 20 mg is the average. Ask your doctor if you are an exception.

2o mgm starting dose: For premature ejaculation the starting dose is 20 mgm and can be gradually increased to 40 mgm if 20 mgm is ineffective.

Paxil - may help.: "Paroxetine hydrochloride appears to be a useful agent in the pharmacological treatment of premature ejaculation when administered on a chronic, an 'on-demand' basis following chronic treatment or initial 'on demand' basis."
