Negatively: Women stop producing estrogen after menopause which causes thinning of urethral lining, will also have have stretched pelvic floor muscles which even without childbirth become weaker and bladder ; urethra can "drop". Men develop prostate enlargement which with time adversely affects urinary control. Stream becomes weaker and he is liable to post-void dribbling. Ageing isn't always fun!
