Sure: I'm assuming we're talking about men with physical evidence of normal masculinization -- the secondary sex characteristics. A few % of us guys don't care enough about that stuff to seek out relationships or even casual experience. An even smaller percent don't get excited even from thinking or seeing erotic images. And there are men with low testosterone. Most guys like being whoever they are.
