Anal fissures: Just having a family history of a disease does not mean you will get the same disease and an absence of a family history does not mean you won't get it. Unless you have symptoms of anal fissures which include pain upon defecation, blood on the outside of the stool or toilet paper difficulty with starting bowel movements because of pain I would say the answer is no.
