Blue pigment under my brown eyes, what to do?

Normal: Blue is the default color of the iris when little or no pigment is on the front surface. It is not uncommon for people to have swirls or patches of blue in an otherwise brown or pigmented iris. This just reflects areas where the pigment is not as thick or not present.
