It depends!: It depends on how late was it, why are you taking antibiotics, and where are you in the course of Abx. In most cases taking Abx few hours later may not affect the course, just readjust the schedule. If the time off antibiotic was long enough for the organism to allow for re-multiplication of bacteria, he course may need to extended.
