It's possible. : It's unlikely that you would have conceived within the first 7 days after removing the ring. After that, risk increases. Pregnancy tests, even over-the-counter ones, are very accurate. Generally, if you conceived > than 14 days ago, the pregnancy test will be positive. If you conceived too recently, less than 14 days ago, then you will need to repeat the test when it has been at least two weeks.
