There are: A lot of structures in that area. Need more history too. Your regular doctor will be able to help guide your care. Someone guessing from so far away wastes time as you may be treating something serious, as though it was simple and the opposite. No one can tell you if this isn't serious. No one around here has that ability.

Watch for now: It does sound more muscular and there is less to worry about in that particular area of the abdomen. If things seem to be progressing or changing then you should get checked.
