Irregular cycle.: Not sure you need help. Irregular periods are common in both the early years and in the menopause. Menstrual irregularities are commonly a sign of pregnancy, but if you are sure you are not pregnant then this is just another irregular period. Perhaps more irregular than others, but cycles are affected by diet, stress, exercise, etc. Discuss concerns with your doc at your next visit.
