It doesn't work as: Well. Cocaine use can lead to nosebleeds, loss of sense of smell, rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal ulcers, perforation of the nasal septum, degradation of septal cartilage to the point that it is destroyed and nose deformities (saddle nose).
