Exercise your rights: Get legal counsel first. If an unknown enemy has administered heroin to you so that you will lose your job, then you will test positive and are in serious danger. A swab result alone can be false positive cannot be used against you since it must be confirmed with a second test using a different chemical principle. However, some dunce may not know this. I am sorry this is happening to you.
