Several: Out in community call 911! maintain airway, check pulse, if tools check vital signs. Roll on side to avoid aspiration. If family have meds, and patient awake and swallowing give meds.

Safe: You can't stop the seizure, but you can help keep the person safe. No sticking things in their mouth, though! loosen collar, put them on their side after a convulsion. Lots of basic seizure first aid info on the web.
