If i manipulate fordyce spot, or sebaceos zit on scrotum does they get inritated? and increase a little of size or inflate abit? please answer thanks

Leave them alone: Fordyce spot is completely harmless ; will remain tiny. Sebaceous cysts tend to enlarge, don't try and "pop" or squeeze it. Sebaceous cyst is best excised by a dr. Who will incise skin under sterile conditions ; enucleate.Don't try ; do it yourself because you likely would infect it. It is not like a zit or ingrown hair, either of which can be popped by you after cleansing area ; washing ur hands.
