Timing counts: The best chance for conceiving comes with intercourse timed nearest the time of ovulation. Conception is not likely to occur as a result of having sex 24 hours or later after ovulation. Starting to have relations about 4 days before ovulation and then at lest every other day will improve chances for conception. Good luck.

Before is better: For ttc because sperm live for several days, though on the day of ovulation or immediately after pregnancy can still happen.
