I can not have a mri because of a bb in my eye. are there any alternatives?

Yes: A ct scan and plain film x-ray are alternatives to mri.

Not really: A ct scan will give a picture of most things. Bbs are usually steel based and will do unpleasant things under the high magnetism of the mri. The bb, i assume, is in the soft tissue behind the eye where removal would be tricky and dangerous. Discuss with the md who ordered the MRI what alternatives might help you.
