Rinse off and: .Rinse the tentacles off with hot water if possible or salt water not fresh. Fresh water may worsen the stinging pain. Take off any tentacles with a gloved hand, stick, shell or tweezers. Be careful not to get the tentacles on yourself or on clothing. It used to be thought urine or vinegar help but this is now controversial.Ice may help and take Ibuprofen or aspirin(if not allergic to them).

Hydrocortisone : Apply cool compresses (or ice packs) to the areas several times daily, followed by a thick layer of Hydrocortisone cream. If the itching continues, take an oral antihistamine (eg, benadryl).
