Possibilities...: It sounds like you are having symptomatic low blood sugars, called hypoglycemia. To diagnose this, you would need to have your blood sugar checked when you are having these symptoms. You need to see a doctor to get this diagnosed and treated. You may also be having asymptomatic high blood sugars so you need to be checked for diabetes. You should not drive while you are having these symptoms.

Infection: Having an infection can make you sweat at night. Bronchitis typically affects your breathing and oxygenation so you can be lightheaded from that. Not sure about the hungry part - I would just eat small, frequent meals to try and keep your blood sugar stable.
