Unlikely: Your periods can be irregular in timing, length, and amount from time to time, and this is most likely what has happened. However, whenever your period is not normal, the possibility of pregnancy exists. There is a failure rate from a tubal (1 in 200-400 patients) and many are ectopic pregnancies (dangerous for you), so it is safer to get a blood preg test to be sure.
