Don't do it: This is for the hyperpigmented brown lesions, not the red ones. I'm much more concerned that you even have to ask. All acne can be managed scientifically nowadays. You're 20 years old, almost grown up. If topical benzoyl peroxide 5% 2x/day hasn't cleared you in two weeks, make a physician's appointment yourself.
