Possibly: The "depo" is a progestin only birth control. There is an iud available that does not contain any hormones, a change to that particular iud would likely result in your cycles returning to what they were before you started the Depo-Provera - but it could take months for your cycles to straighten out if you do stop the depo. Even one shot of Depo-Provera could affect the cycles for up to 18 months.
