Hmmm: Difficult to explain , but here goes. It is an inner ear disorder often causing repetitive bouts of hearing loss, vertigo and pressure in ear. It can be mild to disabling, mainly in dizziness symptoms which can last for hours at a time. If you have a similar situation, you should visit your ENT doctor.
