Fat grafts: Are generally safe but are you using this to increase your 'padding' over the bone spurs? For fat grafts to take, its best to avoid any pressure or excessive movements and i would think that would be near impossible to do on the ball of your foot. Also, make sure you understand the risks of fat grafting before having it done.
