Yes: One of the consequences of being on Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is irregular periods. The longer a woman takes it the further apart her periods are. If you are close to when the next injection is due or are late you are more likely to bleed. If the bleeding doesn't stop check with your doctor.
