Waking up shaking: You really need to see your doctor where your healthy history and medications are thoroughly reviewed and then a complete physical exam can be done. Without more information, everything is pure speculation and without foundation.

Suspicious for a: Seizure. If you can not control the shaking then you should see a neurologist to get a more thorough history to determine whether you need an eeg. I wish you well and good luck.
