Helper, not healer: You would likely be worse off without the Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) (and hopefully an nsaid, if allowed to use them) last night, but you overused the muscles in question, so they will be sore for 2-3 days. Local cold pack, NSAID and additional Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) doses will help it fade faster. If persists >3-5 days, or gets severe, see your dr / urgent care.
