Osteitis pubis: Yes you can heal from this problem with proper treatment. I assume it is not osteomyleitis pubis which would be a chronic infection of the bone and a more complicated recovery.

8 weeks: So both can be cured the key is the diagnosis. For osteomyelitis would like to culture the particular bacteria that is causing the problem.
