Yes: If you have regular periods then increasing the dose of Clomid (clomiphene) may work. If you have irregular periods and you ovulated on 50mg - an increased dose is not needed(risks more multiple births)- and simply work with your gyn to repeat the months on Clomid (clomiphene) for about 3-4 months.After that further investigation will be effective.
