See answer: In an otherwise healthy young male, inability to ejaculate usually related to underlying psychological issues, certain medications, and alcohol and recreational drugs. Your boyfriend sustained significant trauma to cause blood in urine. If he has noticed changed in his urination such as slowing of the stream, then a urethral stricture very likely. Recommend urological evaluation to find cause.
