How can i self diagnose irritable bowel syndrome? i have some of the symptoms, any sure-shot of either confirming it or ruling it out?

IBS symptoms...: Ibs comes in variable forms: diarrhea predominant, constipation predominant and alternating type (diarrhea and constipation). All are associated with abdominal bloating and abdominal pain with onset of symptoms. Having a stool typically relieves the symptoms - temporarily. See you doctor if concerned. Good luck!
