Irregular bleeding..: Side effects are temporary and can include: menstrual bleeding changes, nausea, lower stomach (abdominal) pain, tiredness, headache, dizziness, breast pain, vomiting. If any symptoms are more than mild, a woman should contact her doctor to ask for advice.
