Urinating Semen: Yes. This is normal. Your body is not designed to hold onto semen forever. There is a turnover as fresh fluids are made. If one is not ejaculating regularly this can occur at night time through nocturnal emissions or as you are experiencing through leakage. It is not my place as a physician to tell you to be sexual, but ejacualting on a regular and consistent basis prevents prostate cancer.
