Anatomy: I have been reading this question now for a couple of days. I was hoping someone else would answer this. The answer seems simple. But here goes. When you bend over you are compressing or squeezing your internal organs. These include the intestines and liver and spleen and stomach to name a few. This can block movement of fluids and stool. It can cause pain. The muscles may stretch. All normal.
