A member asked:

Minor ache pain in testicle has been 3 days feels tender and soar. one testicle looks slighty higher then the other no swelling at all. what's wrong?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer: Most common causes of testicular pain/discomfort as described by you and in a young make would be epididymitis (infection or non-infectious) or non-bacterial prostatitis. Infectious causes usually associated with noticeable swelling, pain, and tenderness and non-infectious causes less so. Normal to have one testicle ride higher than the other and may be more pronounced with inflammation.
