GBM?: Gbm has a grave prognosis despite surgery radiation, or chemotherapy. It is the most common primary brain tumor (cancer). Perhaps the patient might consider entering/enrolling into a GBM treatment study?

This can vary: I assume you are referring to a Glioblastoma Multiforme, also known as GBM. In general as much tumor as can be removed safely is beneficial followed by radiation therapy. Younger patients should also receive chemotherapy. The answer would be best reviewed with your Neurosurgeon and Oncologist. I would consider experimental trials too. Best of luck.
