What food should I avoid to stop belching?

1 doctor answer
Dr. John Hanna
34 years experience in Family Medicine
Belching: Foods that increase stomach acid or delay stomach emptying all should be avoided. Many people also forget that all carbonated bevorages contain co2 which contributes to stomach gas even if not caffeinated.
