Thrush/LP: Thrush is easily treated so see your md or your dentist. Lp has no treatment/cure we treat the symptoms only so see your md.

Oral thrush: With proper medical treatment, most simple thrush infections can be cured in about 7 to 14 days. Most likely the infection may not return as long as you stay healthy and well nourished. See your dentist for evaluation and treatment. There is no treatment for lichen planus. Take care.
