Compartment Syndrome: There is a great success rate for exertional compartment syndrome through Fasciotomy. If you don't have the fasciotomy, there will be chronic pain and the problem will significantly limit your ability to participate in activity. This problem may become worse, and may even be the cause of muscle and nerve damage, and can even result in partial or complete paralysis without treatment
