Not vaginal sex: Imperforate hymen often diagnosed as newborn, however may only be diagnosed in later childhood or time of girls first period. Certainly before she is ready for sex the first time. Certainly could not have sex before hymen is opened up. Some women have a rare "cribriform" hymen which is a membrane across vaginal opening with tiny holes which allow passage of menstrual fluid but prevent penile entry.
